Principal Sherri Lasko
combines her artistic talents spanning fine art, multi-media/video production,
typography, music, and, of course, print and web design with 18 years of
business, marketing and client relations to produce "WOW" results.
She holds a performance degree in piano (now THERE's a way to make a
living), and continuing education certificates in video and film production,
audio engineering, business marketing, and natural landscape design.
Growing up in the multi-media industry (her father was a commercial artist with
many large Chicago production studios), Sherri learned the field of image
communications from the ground up... literally. Her first job, age 5, was
sweeping the floors in her father's studio. By age 7 she was opaquing cel
animations.
After a brief hiatus for
schooling, Sherri resumed work as a production artist/typesetter, gradually
taking over client accounts and office management. She moved into the world of
video production and was the executive producer/creative director in the firms
of Image Source, Total Media, and Que, Inc., working with clients such as
McDonald's, Sears, Sara Lee, RAM Golf, Kraft Foods, and the Radiological Society
of North America (RSNA).
In 1992, Sherri started her current design
firm servicing a wide range of clientele in a large variety of print, media and
image projects. Never a dull moment.
Sherri is also an
award-winning, published photographer, specializing in nature, landscape and
portrait photography, and is available for on-site digital photography. The images on this website are all original and may be purchased
through her directly.
